For those wondering why it took soooooo long for SF mirrors to make Anonym.OS available:

user_id=1054Hello,
First off, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused
you. It is *not* normal for new releases to take three days
to sync. The SF.net mirror system is at something of a cusp
point right now where many of our mirrors are starting to
run out of space. Because of this, we’re working on
restructuring our mirror system so the mirrors always have
at least the “newest stuff”, and as much of the older files
as possible. This isn’t in place yet, but in the mean time
I will manually sync your project. I’ll update this ticket
when I’ve finished this.

I must have done something wrong. The MD5’s match from the bit-torrent iso and your published md5. It wont boot error #5 label not found????
Do I need to have a openbsd partition?

Great Job on the ISO. Any chance you could post the cd label on your site for download?
Thanks

k — answers to 3 questions. First, Hyp, sorry no IRC channel. Smoo-analysis, boot error #5 label not found, eh? That’s a pretty strange one, any chance you could manage a screenshot or photo of that, so we can see any surrounding data that might give us a clue as to what’s failing? And Mike, absolutely! I will post the CD label later this afternoon!
cheers,

Downloaded all ok, burned ok, loads ok, comes to desktop ok.
Runs slower than a tortoise swimming through treacle
Cannot get desktop programs to run. Can open home folder but cannot open any documents.
